The company was founded in 1931 in Sharjah by the late Mr.Mukhtar Al-Yousuf, and named after his oldest son
Mr. Hassan Mukhtar. In 1945, the operation moved to Dubai the trading center of the region. Within 5 years, the
first division was established, dealing with cigarettes. In 1958, this division was set up, dealing with toiletries
and other fast moving consumable goods. |
